Sign up and Add Users

Signup for Yobi #

To register for Yobi, visit the Login Page (open a new window) on the web or download the app from the App Store, Play Store, and Microsoft Windows Store. Upon opening the app, you’ll be prompted to create a new account. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process. If you’ve already signed up, click “Sign In” at the bottom of the Sign Up page.


Introducing Yobi to Your Human Teammates #

Unlike many other software options on the market, Yobi is designed to be intuitive and easy to learn for your team members. Our short videos and walkthroughs ensure that every team member can efficiently use the app in no time.

Yobi has two types of users: “admins” and “users”. Only admins can add or remove team members through the “Manage Users” portal. They also have the ability to install, connect, or disconnect channels and integrations. Importing contacts to Yobi is also an exclusive function of admins.

We recommend that your team explores Yobi together. This collaborative approach will help generate questions that lead to a better understanding and use of the app. If further assistance is needed, Yobi Support is always ready to help.

Add users #

Any admin user can easily add any new human team members by following the steps listed below.

Steps to add a user:

  1. Navigate to the Settings section in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Select “Manage Users.”
  3. Click the “Invite Users” button.
  4. Enter the new team member’s email address.
  5. Choose the role you want to assign them.
  6. Select the channels you want them to access.
  7. Click the “Add” button. An email notification will be sent for your team member to join your account.

Adding an AI Teammate #
