Call recording is turned on by default for your Yobi account.
To turn it off/on when logged into your browser or desktop:
- Select “Settings” from the left menu, then go to “Connections.” Open “Phone Settings” and proceed to “Phone Channel Settings.” From this section, you can choose to either enable or disable call recording as per your preference.
To turn call recording on/off when logged into mobile:
- Select Settings from the left menu
- Go to “Channels,” then tap on your Yobi phone number and click on “Recording” to toggle the call recording ON/OFF.
