Getting a phone number #
After successful sign up, please follow these steps:
Reach out to Yobi support via Yobi assistant or the Chat widget and ask for a phone number, after it you’ll have to go through manual verification where you provide:
- Full Name
- Personal Phone Number (A call may be required to verify personal US phone number)
- Business Name
- Proof of Business / Proof of Relationship with Business
- Email Address
- Short description of what your business is/does
- Short description of your expected Yobi use case
- Area code you want for your Yobi number
Now you have a Yobi account and a Yobi number to manage your business conversations, calls, messages, and every customer’s interaction with you.
