Phone Numbers

Getting a phone number:

After successful sign up, please follow these steps:

1. Open the Yobi app on any device and go to menu → channel

• Android (opens new window)

• iOS (opens new window)

2. Click on Phone → Add phone numbers

3. Search for the area code of your preference number. Click on it. That's going to be your business phone number area code.

Now you have a Yobi account and a Yobi number to manage your business conversations, calls, messages and every customer’s interaction with you.
